You need to select the files themselves to add them to the project. I don't know what kind of DLL Xamarin expects; you should double check that Win32 is the correct DLL type for calling C code in a Xamarin project.

What issues are you running into when creating a VS2015 project?

The only thing you have to do is disconnect from the board after the log download is completed. You'll need to wait a few seconds for the flash memory to be cleared before reconnecting.
-
You don't need to be resetting the board every time your download is complete; program the MetaWear once and let it run until you want it to do something different. Issuing the reset command resets the board but Android still needs to be updated …

No, you can only handle that amount of data per second by using on-board logging however, you will fill up the logger fairly quickly. If you want to stream from 3 devices, you will need to cap the data rate to 25Hz on each board.

Please read the accelerometer section in the Android documentation.

Firmware specifics are not provided to the public; you should contact us directly with these requests. We also do customize firmware for special requests which may be a cheaper alternative than doing the firmware yourself.
-
We have libraries for both Windows and OS X to facilitate the retrievable of sensor data from the MetaWEar boards. You can take a look at our tutorial page for a quick programming introduction.

What do you mean by "increase the logging buffer size"? As you have pointed out, developing your own firmware is a tedious task so it would be best to avoid going down this path if necessary. If you are intent on developing your own firmware, you…

What is the specific error you are getting and what OS are you using?
-
That has nothing to do with MetaWear.
-
The easiest way is to write the algorithm in Java and Objective C / Swift and use the MetaWear API to retrieve the data from the sensors to feed into your functions.
-
Yes, configure the ad interval to have a non-zero timeout.
-
I don't see why they wouldn't work together.
-
You can use the Settings.ConfigEditor object to disable advertisement and Settings.startAdvertisement to start advertising again. These functions are for normal advertisement though. You should connect to retrieve data. Trying to send a high vol…

* What exception type is being thrown? * What is the exception message? * What is the gatt characteristic value? * What build of windows are you using? * What are the steps to reproduce this error? * Does this error occur on other devices?

What phone and Android OS are you using? I am able to connect to an ibeacon metwear almost instantly with the API and with other apps such as the Nordic master control panel app.
-
We sell replacement batteries on our web store. No, the board runs until there is no more power. At that point, you should recharge the battery within a reasonable amount of time instead of continuing to let the board sit there for weeks.
-
Are you referring to the "setup" function? If so, all it does it setup the board to produce data.
-
I've let the firmware developer know of the issue.
-
How are you attempting to connect to the board? I don't have any problem reestablishing connection by calling "connect" with a saved MetaWearBoard object, however I did notice that the BLE scan removes iBeacon MetaWears when filtering on the MetaWe…

What do you mean by "calibrate" and what are these inconsistencies you are referring to?

The only thing that comes to mind is that the Galaxy mail app doesn't recognize the content Uri of the saved file or it doesn't let the app automatically add attachments. What if you tried using the official Gmail app?

Check out the MagnetometerBMM150 section in the Objective C documentation. As I said in a previous pose, you can refer to the Objective C documentation for API details. Most simple usage questions will already be answered in the documentation.

A few people have reported the same driver error on the forum. This issue seems to be plaguing other BLE devices as well, such as the FitBit. http://community.mbientlab.com/discussion/comment/2412/#Comment_2412 We do not have any MetaWear ap…

There is a DFU button next to the "Disconnect" button to open the DFU popup. Choose the zip file option (first option) and use the zip file linked in my earlier post. You can also use the nRF Toolbox app to perform the DFU.

Did you stop using the boards for a period of time? It sounds like the LiPo battery has completely discharged.

* What phone and Android OS are you using? * Is data being visualized on the graph? * What email app are you using? Try saving the file to Google drive.

What MetaWear board are you using and what is the firmware version it is running?

Please search the forums before posting. A thread with the same issue was the latest thread before you created yours. http://community.mbientlab.com/discussion/1647/error-error-on-receive-firmware-image-message-invalid-response#latest
